ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE: CURRENT PERSPECTIVES ON THE INTERPLAY BETWEEN PHILOSOPHY, ETHIC AND EDUCATION

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Philosophy is the most common theoretical reasoning system of human about the world and the position, the role of the human in that world. Ethic is a collection of social principles, rules and norms that regulate human behavior and conduct in relation to each other and to society. Education is a social phenomenon where the process takes a palace of transmitting knowledge and experience between people and people through language and other systems of symbols to inherit and maintain existence, evolution and the development of people. Thus, philosophy, Ethic and Education are all geared towards the central object of man, for the development of people. The reality shows that the advantages of education and the progressive ethical values in countries around the world are the values cultivated and chained by numerous different lines of philosophical thought as well as the experience which capacity through practice and historical challenges. On the other hand, in this era, the education of each nation is constantly reforming and innovating in order to better adapt to the new and dynamic development trends of all humanity. An additionally, it is be able to ability to create new resources for fast and sustainable development. The progress of education reflects on the development philosophical and moral characteristics of society.
In the Ancient Greek, according to Plato, philosophy is philosophical education. When the philosophy solves the epistemology that means taking the tackle the process of intellectual abilities. This point was found in common with the educational problems. In addition, Greek philosophers impressed that emphasizing the practice of education through debate and discuss which are considered to improve the critical thinkers and cultivate the mentality.
Recent years, the sustainable speed of economic development in Vietnam which brings numerous benefits for education and training, sciences and technology, culture, society and healthy, in particular the life quality of people is better. There are, however, disadvantages in the Vietnam innovation process. It is lack of synchronization and comprehensive, specific a variety weakness in the education and training fields overcome slowly. An additionally, a small section of the cadres, party members are moral bankruptcy. Besides the bureaucracy and corruption phenomenon have not been driven back. In a modern society which includes a lot of great changes in all sociallife aspects. While the awareness of building an appropriate and effective humanitarian education that could inspires Vietnamese to think and discuss in order for finding the best model that both inherits tradition and is incidental to the time. Ensuring all three goals of education are knowledge, skills and attitudes (i.e. covering three categories are talent, intelligence and virtue). In this context, it may consider that will build up a liberal-arts education which bases on what is the philosophy? What are moral values? In this ever-changing world of globalization, how is the impact between philosophy, ethics and education oriented towards comprehensive development? How do the developable countries in Europe and around the world view the relationship and the interplay between philosophy, ethic and education in the present Era? What is Vietnam’s educational philosophy? What is the higher educational model that meets the needs of the Industrial Revolution 4.0? Etc. This is also one of the main contents of the conference.
For these reasons, in the functional framework, role and experience of international conference organization, the Institute of Philosophy will organize an International Science Conference in 2020; the theme is “ Current perspectives on the interplay between Philosophy, Ethic and Education”.
 
 
 
CONTENT OF THE CONFERENCE:
Firtsly, The relationship between Philosophy, Ethic and Education in the history of human.
Secondly, The influences and interactions between Philosophy, Ethic and Education
Thirdly, The Ethic in the scientific research and Education
Fourth, The comparesion in the contemporary view of The Eastern and The Western with respect to the interaction between Philosophy, Ethic and Education.
 ORGANIZATION:
- In addition to the two opening and closing sessions, the plenary sessions, the tripartite discussion on scientific cooperation and exchange plans will be organized.
- Some typical scientific articles in each topic group will be presented at the plenary session. Some other articles will be presented and discussed at the discussionsessions.
- After the conference, all the research papers will be edited to be printed on Philosophy Magazine (Vietnamese and English) as well as other scientific magazines that belong to the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (Vietnam Social Sciences Review, Economics Review, etc..).
         PAPER PRESENTATION:
 - Paper needs to be written in English, which should not exceed 15 A4 pages, plus a 1-page abstract in English. Paper must be attached with: i) an updated CurriculumVitae; and ii) a copy of author’s passport.
 - Due date for paper submission: December 9th, 2019 (or as soon as possible)
